I'm a skirt person and desperately wanted a good everyday skirt- something with pockets and enough length that I could sit on the ground with my kids. I searched but nothing every hit all my criteria. So I designed my own!
Lark is slow fashion. I handle each order myself and cut out the fabric for the skirts before taking them to my amazing seamstress (a good friend and mother of SIX, Tamara) who assembles them. Skirts ship within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
Caring for Your Skirt
As with most clothing, the less you wash and dry it, the longer it’ll last. I recommend spot cleaning as much as possible and laundering only when necessary.
Turn your skirt inside out and machine wash cold with like colors. You CAN put it in the dryer but I suggest laying it flat to dry (dryers are murder for most fabrics- did you know the lint you pull out is made of broken down fibers from your clothing?). Iron using the cotton or rayon setting on your iron, depending on the composition of your particular skirt.
Doesn't Work for You?
I hope you love your skirt! But if there's a problem, please let me know at firstname.lastname@example.org asap. At this time I am not accepting returns but I can do an exchange or shop credit.
All sales items are final and nonreturnable.
